01. Delete in the app

In apps that offer accounts, deletion lives inside the app itself: Settings → Account → Delete account. You confirm once and the request is executed — there is no waiting queue and no retention offer to click through.

You do not need to contact support, and we do not ask you to explain the decision.

02. Delete by email

If you have lost access to the device or cannot sign in, write to [email protected] with "Delete account" in the subject line, from the email address the account is registered to, and name the app.

If you write from a different address we will ask for something that links you to the account before acting — deleting the wrong person's data on request would be its own kind of breach.

03. Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, and it does not trigger a refund. Subscriptions belong to your App Store or Google Play account, not to ours, so only you can stop them.

  • iPhone or iPad — Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android — Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel subscription.

Cancel first, then delete. Otherwise the store keeps charging for a subscription whose account no longer exists.

04. What gets deleted

Everything we hold about you as an account holder:

  • the email address, and the name if you gave one;
  • the password hash;
  • any in-app profile settings stored against the account;
  • the link between your subscription state and that account.

Content you created in an app — entries, notes, preferences, history — sits in local storage on your device rather than on our servers, so deleting the app removes it. See section 03 of the Privacy Policy for what we do and do not store.

05. What we have to keep

Two categories survive deletion, and neither is a profile of you:

  • Transaction records — Turkish tax legislation requires us to retain invoicing and accounting records, generally for ten years. These are financial records, not account data.
  • Pseudonymous analytics and crash events already collected — these were never tied to your name, cannot be traced back to you once the account is gone, and are aggregated over time.

06. How long it takes

Account deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out and the record is removed from our live systems at once. Encrypted backups rotate on their own schedule, so a copy can persist in a backup for a short period afterwards before it is overwritten. Nothing is restored from those backups except in a disaster recovery, and a restored record is re-deleted.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover an account, its settings or its subscription link afterwards — a new account starts empty.
